Five-Week Programs

All five-week programs include diagnostic testing, a parent-teacher conference, and a “back to school” night where parents can hear from the teachers and follow their child’s schedule.

Classes are scheduled Monday to Friday, with no classes held on July 4th.

Skills Sharpener - Skills Based Program for Students Entering Grades 1-5

July 1 – August 2

8:00 AM–12:15 PM

Entering Grades 1-5

Cost: $3,300

In this non-graded academic program, students are grouped by ability and age into small classes in reading, language arts, writing, and mathematics. Lessons combine hands-on activities, such as crafts, games, with technology and traditional paper-and-pencil work. It’s fast-paced and fun.

 

Get a Jump on Middle School - Learning Strategies for students entering grades 5-6

July 1 – August 2

8:00 AM–12:15 PM

Entering Grades 5-6

Cost: $3,300

This program prepares students to meet the ever-growing demands of middle school – more independent work, multiple teachers, time management, and organization. Structured, success-oriented classes reinforce students’ existing skills while simultaneously helping them to develop strategies and habits to maximize learning.
