2026 Summer Academic Program

The Southport School Summer Academic Program provides evidence-based academic support for all public and private school students entering grades 1–9 who are not achieving their full potential or have a language-based learning difference or ADHD.
Taught by The Southport School’s expert teaching staff, this extended learning opportunity offers individualized, grade-appropriate, research-backed approaches, including the Orton-Gillingham Approach, Lindamood-Bell’s Visualizing & Verbalizing®, The Southport CoLAB’s Executive Function Blueprint, The Writing Revolution®, and assistive technology in a supportive learning environment.
Attend a TSS Summer Academic Program Open House!
We invite you to attend one of two open houses on Wednesday, February 25, and Wednesday, March 25, at 10 am. These events include a campus tour and offer a great opportunity to learn more about TSS and our summer programming as well as ask questions. Click to register.
