Summer Academic Program
The Southport School Summer Academic Program provides research-based academic support to public and private school students who are not achieving their full potential or have a language-based learning difference or attention issue. Taught by The Southport School’s highly trained teachers, this program offers individualized, grade-appropriate, research-based approaches, including the Orton-Gillingham Approach, Lindamood-Bell’s Visualizing & Verbalizing®, The Southport School’s proprietary research and evidence based executive function coaching model, The Writing Revolution®, and assistive technology in a supportive learning environment.
